My wife sold her home and we purchased a new home together with Jim and Cathy. Jim and Cathy know the area well, are well networked with other realtors, and are experienced in the Mt. Juliet / Lebanon market and knew just how to advise us on selling/buying a home during this housing boom. We were able to sell in a few days and quickly purchase shortly after. We provided Jim and Cathy details on what we were looking for, what was necessary, what we wanted, and after getting to know Jim and Cathy, they really searched for homes that fit our needs. The process wasn't stressful thanks to their dedication.

Jim and Cathy were great! Lord knows I wasn't the easiest customer, I had set price for what I was willing to spend and was fairly specific with location. In this crazy housing market that makes purchasing a home that much more difficult. Cathy and Jim were more than patient with me and got in the house I wanted while under my max price range. I highly recommend using them, they are great relators and even better people! -Andy
