Juliet / Lebanon market and knew just how to advise us on selling/buying a home during this housing boom. We were able to sell in a few days and quickly purchase shortly after. We provided Jim and Cathy details on what we were looking for, what was necessary, what we wanted, and after getting to know Jim and Cathy, they really searched for homes that fit our needs.
